We are able to service almost any bike or suspension system. Our mechanics are Cytech Level 2 certified, and have over a total of 45 years workshop experience between them. Most have also been to Specialized's bike university for further specialist training. We use only the best tools, "Finish Line" "Pedros" and "Fox" lubricants and original manufacturer spares (wherever possible) to ensure your bike is serviced to the highest standards. As a Shimano Service Centre, we not only carry a huge selection of Shimano parts, but have also the biggest selection of genuine spare parts in the area, be it a fork seal, freehub body or a hub bearing.
Booking in advance is always advisable as we may not have room within our busy workshop for your bike otherwise. Once you have booked a date we normally ask that you have your bike at the shop by 1100 for us to complete the service that day (we complete over 87% of services on the day they are booked in for).

We service most brands of fork from any era. Our 4 Cytec qualified mechanics have over 60 years experience between them, and having been in the industry for up to 20 years each, have an unrivalled background knowledge of mountain bike suspension sytems.
As well as servicing, we are more than happy to advise on the suspension set-up of your bike to maximize your bike's potential.
Call us today to book in to our workshop, or come and see us for some useful, friendly advice from the local experts!
A service on a basic entry level fork is £25 and around £40 for a strip down, clean and oil change on most other forks (excluding parts if needed).
All servicing booked in advance is normally completed in-house on the same day.
